Single Small barrel (20L). Cask strength. This drink is my personal favourite. Mild to moderately peated. Unusually for a single malt it was aged in fresh American toasted oak which provides ample vanilla. Specialty barley malts gives this drink a variety of flavours from caramel to shortbread, sublte fruitiness with an earthy finish. Grain bill of golden promise, peat smoked, Munich and caramalt.
